Can't view page which have right to access in public mode

- Go to Manage page
- Add new page for user
- Go to Site
- Click edit navigation
- Add new node and select page created above
- Click Save
    -> Show page successfully on breadcumbs
-  Sign out
 => Don't show page in public mode on breadcumbs 
Expected output: When page (node) is created successfully in portal navigation, it will display in public mode
