Turn login page into a portlet

Every thing in the portal should be a portlet. The reasons:
* the way it is now I can't easily embed a login box in my page (without coding)
* we have 2 assets for login, the webui popup and the jsp which seems redundant
* it would fix https://jira.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-432

Some nice features to go along with this one:
* have a setting to define the login page, where unauthenticated users should be redirected to (like Seam)
* have a setting to define the first after-login page, where authenticated would be redirected onde loged in (like Seam)
