Should not show confirm message when user do not have permission to delete page

Should not show confirm message when user do not have permission to delete page
Steps:

    * In Page management form
      + Click on "Delete" icon corresponding of a page which user do not have delete right
      -> show confirm message "Do you want to delete this page?"
      + then click on "OK" button -> show alert message "You have not the rights to delete this page"
      -> unsuitable and inconvenient for user
      In this case, when user click on "Delete" icon -> must show alert message "You have not the rights to delete this page" instead of a confirm message delete.
