We defined some gadget URI and their service name, consumer_key,  consumer_secret on oauth.json
Actually, we need only service name, consumer key, consumer secret and key type for oAuth request from a gadget. So if we add a gadget having URI didn't exist on oauth.json, http://gadget-doc-examples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/opensocial-gadgets/oauth-contacts.xml for example, cannot access to oAuth provider
