If we add a scrollbar and gadget's content also has a scrollbar, so this gadget will have two scrollbars (UI conflict). We can not know gadget's content had or hadn't scrollbar. If gadget's content is so long, gadget's writter can add a scrollbar or use adjustHeight API for content of his gadget. We should resolve 'Won't fix' for this
