if the MenuItemContainer css class does not define the border size, the menu toolbars will overlap each other in IE8.

The problem is that in most of browsers, the border size of an HTML element will be ZERO by default if it is not set or set to none. Unfortunately it is not the same with IE8 and it cause a js error during handling.
