It's hard to drop PageBody when edit Layout

- Click to Edit Layout
- Try to drag and drop PageBody to the end of current layout (make it's the last component in the list)
But it's only possible if the mouse pointer is on the upper area of the PageBody (about 30% height). If the mouse pointer is on the lower area, when i drop the PageBody, the PageBody's position is not changed
