I've commited to fix this issue : the finish button will not change when :
- Drag but drop object to the same position 
- Click edit icon of portlet to edit portlet property
- Click edit icon of container to edit container property
- Click view page property
- Click Site'config when edit layout

And i've also fixed another minor dragdrop bug : In a row container, when there are 2 portlets, click refresh browser, after that, i can't drag another portlet and drop it to position that is between 2 portlets
