It is possible to create subnode of system node in navigation

Now it is possible to create subnode of system node (for example portal navigation, group navigation, register etc.) 

These nodes are not visible anywhere. 
And cut of this subnode doesn't work as well (it gives message: Cannot cut a system node), copy and clone works properly.

(Problem is that you can create but can't delete)
