This error occurs regardless of what setting the WSS checkbox has.

Steps to reproduce:
1) start server from a clean state
2) in application registry, click import all portlets
3) create a new page and add the ajaxPortlet from the v2 self producer
4) refresh the consumer in the wsrp admin (don't change anything or set the wss checkbox, just a refresh will do).
