Start with ./run.sh -c all -Dexo.profiles=cluster
Login as root (There is another serialization issue JBEPP-1187)
Go to http://localhost:8080/portal/groups/:organization:management:executive-board/organization/management . Now exception is in server log (see attachement) and OrganizationManagementPortlet is not shown as exception is propagated through all layers to UI layer. When refreshing page, exception is not here anymore and OrganizationManagementPortlet is shown after all (So it's hopefully not a blocker but I think that our UI and clustering automated tests will fail because of this.)
