    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Open portal, sign in as a root
2. go to Dashboard - Dashboard Editor -> Add New Page
3. Fill node name and display name for EN and FR, e.g. test_EN and test_FR
4. click next, next and finish
5. check page label: It's in English now. 
6. change language to French 
7. check page label: It's in French now. 
8. double click to page label and edit it, e.g test_FR_edit
9. change language to English 
10. check page label: It's test_FR_edit but should be test_EN
