This is the "Backward compability" issue (There are users in LDAP database, but no user profile attribute in Hibernate yet --> no attribute for disabled user status)

So we need to run the migration script or disable the "filter disabled user in query" feature. I've updated the document about this (https://community.jboss.org/wiki/DisabledUser)
