[gsoc] As Student Proposal deadline approaches

I wanted to say a general thank you on behalf of the JBoss Community, to 
make our gsoc endeavor a very fulfilling one.  I am confident that we 
will finish the program on a high note.  I wish all the students a very 
best in their gsoc association.
