[gsoc] Congratulations to the GSOC Students

Hi Minal,
   there is no special criteria for students to contribute to JBoss 
Community outside of GSOC.  I will be sending out a separate email for 
students soon that will give more information about how to proceed.  
Congratulations on the summer internship.
