[gsoc] Mentors need to register/associate with JBoss Community Organization

Hi All,

******  This is for mentors only*******

  unfortunately there is no facility to import last year's mentors into 
this year in the GSOC melange system.

You will have to register (if not already done) and associate yourself 
with JBoss Community.
