[gsoc] JBoss Community at GSOC 13

Hi All,
   like we did last year, JBoss Community will participate in the GSOC 
13 program.

The first order of business is for JBoss Community to submit its 
application as per the following timetable:

March 18-29:  Organizations submit their application
April 22 - May 5: Student Proposals

I am planning to submit the org application on March 25th.
