[gsoc] JBoss Community at GSOC 13

Hi All,
   GSOC13 application for JBoss Community has been submitted.
Now is the time for the mentors to update the 
https://community.jboss.org/wiki/GSOC13Ideas

Students do not need to send their ideas yet given that GSOC office has 
not approved the applications.  But if the students are in a hurry, have 
them add information to https://community.jboss.org/wiki/GSOC13StudentIdeas
