[gsoc] Number of slots for our GSoC organization

Gunnar,
   please rate the proposals that you have received as mentor.

The org admins will then ask for the slots.  We have a working 
relationship with the GSOC office.

 From experience, we usually get enough slots for our best 
proposals/students.
