  Comment out the url selector in the response Time page since we now have a working url selector component outside of metrics. I didnt remove it though because one might want to uncomment it when working in the response time page using 'gulp connect-metrics' as the normal url selected doesnt work at this level. Once this is resolved we can totally remove this temporary url selector that is commented out.
