[Hawkular-dev] JAX-RS endpoint for testing only

Overriding javax.ws.rs <http://javax.ws.rs/>.core.Application.getClasses() will do what I want. It would be nice/easier though if there was a way to instead specify those resources/providers I want to exclude.
