[Hawkular-dev] When to remove snapshots maven repo from parent?

+1, the profile is a good idea but I think we should hold off on any 
infrastructure changes until after the M1 deadline.  It's just a few 
days more and I don't think we can afford even minor delays due to infra 
confusion.
