[Hawkular-dev] Automated Docker build is working again

Matt M. and I successfully switched the build from Docker Hub to our own Jenkins build slave.  The chain is as follows

hawkular/hawkular builds in Travis-ci  (10-16 minutes)
   -> Docker image builds in our Jenkins 
        -> image is pushed to Docker Hub (8 minutes)
             -> hawkular is deployed to livingontheedge.hawkular.org (3-5 minutes)
