[Hawkular-dev] Requirement of Aerogear Unified Push Server Instance

For the tests done in the aerogear plugin I mostly used an openshift
instance.

It worked just fine for preliminar use cases and making configurable allows
to the user pointing to whatever instance they would like to set up.

I haven't explored the option 2.
