  HV-545 Updating the TCK runner setup to work against AS 7.1

Moving the TCK specific dependencies into the module itself. Updating Aquillian and surefire version as well as readme.
There is no need anymore for an installed AS 7. The right version will be downloaded and unpacked by the build.
