  HV-802  Adding paranamer to the list of dependencies for the distribution module so that it gets included into the dist bundle.

Also fixing Javadoc generation warnings. The one in HibernateConstraintValidatorContext cannot be resolved due to a Javadoc bug - http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4464323
