  HSEARCH-1822 Update features.xml to also export org.tartarus.snowball.ext to allow using snow ball analyzers

added
,org.tartarus.snowball.ext;version="${versions.lucene}"

to the exports of lucene-analyzers-common bundle to allow for these to be provided by this bundle and used (for snow ball algorithm) in OSGI.
