  HSEARCH-3346 Only enable Sonar analysis in Jenkins pipeline if sonar.organization is configured

And also allow to configure the Sonar projectKey explicitly. Just in
case we want two separate Sonar projects for the same source code in the
same organization (for Sonar configuration testing, for one-offs
such as testing against a different version of ORM, ...)

  HSEARCH-3346 Rename the "multibranch" configuration to "job configuration"

We can create single-branch pipeline jobs, and this configuration is
useful to those jobs too.
