Hi Emmanuel,
I'd appreciate your opinion on HSEARCH-492, please see the issue comments.

I have a patch ready to close the Executor, but I'm not sure about
adding the suggested timeout;
I'd prefer a clear position: either interrupt the thread right away,
or wait whatever time is needed.
