[hibernate-dev] Jira migration

The migration is on permanent hold for the time being. Atlassian ran
into issues importing Hibernate into their Studio hosted environment.
Apparently Studio targets somewhat smaller projects. The main issue was
our number of users. The version of Crowd they use right now could not
handle that many users well.
Anyway, I changed the LnF yesterday after working with the Red Hat
design team on it. It follows the LnF of the (forever pending) new web
site.
