[hibernate-dev] useful features for opening jiras

Its *very* basic.  Its just a simple term search.  For example,
consider:

https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-8037 "Optimize AS build process"

which suggestimate suggests is "similar" to:

https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-2913 "Optimize handling of jvmRoute
in ClusteredSession ids"

?!?

They are in no way similar expect that both have "optimize" in their
summary.
