[hibernate-dev] Community Material Translation - Hibernate EntityManager User Guide

Ok. I'll start translating the text. After the hard work  finished , i will
apply the formatation and put into the correct doc format. After that, we
can decide if we will merge with developer guide.

Am I in the correct way?

ps: I also created the JIRA account.
