[hibernate-dev] Have Infinispan share Hibernate's TransactionManagerLookup strategy

No specific reason, Infinispan 4.2.1 should work as well.
I also have no specific reason to avoid Infinispan 5-alphaX, just I
was assuming that you where interested in exploring the Map/Reduce
stuff.
