[hibernate-dev] Source links in JIRA broken

[Steve Ebersole]

This should be working in all projects other than OGM.  Still working 
on that one.  In  fact it is currently best to stay away from trying to 
access that "Source" tab on OGM issues unless you want your page to 
take 30+ seconds to render.
