[hibernate-dev] Concept of "service availability"

Would be nice to consolidate the notions of 
"ServiceAvailabililtyNotifier" and "ServiceContributor" (that I just 
added on metamodel).  Such that a ServiceContributor would be able to 
regsiter the short names as well.
