[hibernate-dev] Code templates file is empty in the wiki

Hi,

Looks like there is a problem with the code templates file here:
https://community.jboss.org/wiki/ContributingToHibernateUsingEclipse

It looks empty and it sure wasn't before (there was at least the
copyright notice in it).

I needed it to set up my new Kepler environment for HSEARCH and I
can't find it in my archives.

>From my perspective, I think it could be a good idea to create a
directory in the source tree with these files for the supported IDEs.
