Easily done.  I'll enable TRACE logging for org.hibernate + 
org.infinispan unless you want a little less?

I'll also include org.jboss.as.jpa TRACE logging so we have logging of 
each EntityManager invocation.  May as well include JTA trace also, so 
we know when the TX starts/ends.
