Hmm, that's indeed quite bad. Locally I lie around 1:50 for a clean build, but
that does not include the setup (which really needs not to be run every time) and
neither does the minifying get applied. I'll need to run a actual staging build
to get some comparable times. More than 10 minutes sounds bad indeed. 
I'll take a look at the CI build. 

Something else is odd on the staging site. The links for the lists of posts per
author or tag are broken. This works for me locally (w/ the development profile).
Something else to look into.
