[hibernate-dev] JDBC uses ON_CLOSE connection release mode

Hi Vlad,

I've pushed the documentation to
http://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/orm/5.0/userguide/html_single/Hibernate_User_Guide.html
and updated the link on hibernate.org.

The old user guide is still out there. I've asked for it to be removed.

The new user guide looks great! Thanks for your help on this.
