Just a quick update on my progress.  I pretty much have
Session/EntityManager and SessionFactory/EntiytManagerFactory sorted out as
well as bootstrapping.

I am currently working through the different Query hierarchies.

Looking at what is left, I hope to be done with all of this by Thursday
