[hibernate-dev] Trouble announcing 5.0.8.Final on Twitter and Google+

Hi Gail,

Announcing on @hibernate is just fine. The @hibernate_dev account only has
80 followers and it's meant for Hibernate developers.
This account features every GitHub commit and that's one reason why few
people choose to follow this account.
