[hibernate-dev] Releasing ORM 5.4.0.Final tomorrow

The same happened to me releasing the 6.0 Alpha.  If I had to guess it's
related to the attempt to auto-publish to Central.  That was my first
thought anyway.  We should maybe disable that since it does not work anyway.
