[hibernate-dev] ORM CI jobs - erroneous github triggers

I've made the change on:
   - hibernate-orm-5.0-h2
   - hibernate-orm-5.1-h2
   - hibernate-orm-master-h2-main

Let's see if it helps, then we can figure out a way to check all jobs
are using this workaround.
