[hibernate-dev] Is there a way to have ServiceContributor per SessionFactory/EMF instead of per application classloader?

I'm not blocked on this anymore, I was caught off guard by the debugger 
not stopping on my breakpoint for both deployment threads.  I also 
reread the Intellij documentation, which explained that I was suspending 
all threads on breakpoint, instead of just the current thread.
