Greetings.  Very Cool.

Well, first you'll need to find someone willing to maintain these translations.

Once those persons are identified, they need to accept the Contributor Agreement which is required before you can be granted write access to the svn repository.

Then it is simply a matter of pushing them out to the svn repo...
