done in head and trunk.

had to change ehcacheprovider to handle a change in the exception signature of methods on Cache.
This should not be a problem since ehcache distributed with h3.2 was not ehcache1.2 but something "older" since ehcache 1.2 releases according to their svn log never contained that signature.
