It would be great to have a persistenceUnit attribute on the <ejb3configuration> element so that you can specify which persistence unit you are referring to in a project with multiple PUs, e.g.:

<ejb3configuration persistenceUnit="archiveData" />

It seems like this should only require minor changes to JPAConfigurationTask to store the persistence unit name and pass it to Ejb3Configuration.configure().
