Just to suggest on the hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd to allow import xml files in order to separate big files an improve the team work, I am thinking for example on: queries.hbm.xml file that contains all queries used, we can have a master file that import all module queries, like in Ant you can import additional Xml files.
