For convenience to avoid writing something like new Entity(id, field1, null, null, null, null). To avoid passing too many nulls

You might have number of fields which are used by DB for some housekeeping (ex. audit and you do not need to initialize them normally)
ex: updatedBy,createdBy,createdTime,updatedTime,version,historyFlag etc.

I think it would be a useful feature.
