I'm also seeing this, and more exactly:

Caused by: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
        at java.util.HashMap$HashIterator.nextEntry(HashMap.java:841)
        at java.util.HashMap$ValueIterator.next(HashMap.java:871)
        at org.hibernate.pretty.Printer.toString(Printer.java:90)
        at org.hibernate.event.def.AbstractFlushingEventListener.flushEverythingToExecutions(AbstractFlushingEventListener.java:97)
        at org.hibernate.event.def.DefaultFlushEventListener.onFlush(DefaultFlushEventListener.java:26)
        at org.hibernate.impl.SessionImpl.flush(SessionImpl.java:1000)

I'm using hibernate 3.2.0 on AS 4.0.5 (without any changes). The exception occurs when I flush the session after calling delete on an object. It is with a many-to-one relationship with two other entities.
